The hotel offers spacious rooms with good food in the restaurant; however, the mountain view is blocked by the new hotel next door. The service from the friendly and polite staff is excellent, with easy access to all of Kota Kinabalu. The location, although in need of renovation, is convenient for car drivers with a free guest car park. The dining experience was satisfying, especially with included meals, and the facilities are in good condition.
